Membership to the Olympia Beekeepers Associations is open to all. It includes;
- The knowledge you are supporting an association that advocates for apiarists and bees alike.
- Access to our lending library by contacting our Librarian.
- Access to other members in our Mentoring Program.
- Member pricing for package bee orders.
- Use of OBA extractors.
Become a Member
There are two options for paying your membership: paying by cash or check in person at a meeting, or via mail by Check.
Please fill out the OBA Membership Form and send a check for $25.00, payable to “OBA” (Olympia Beekeepers Association P.O. Box 732 Olympia, WA 98507) for the annual membership from January 1st through December 31st. You can also pay in person at a monthly general meeting.

Our monthly meetings & State Certified Apprentice class are held at 7pm (6pm class) the 2nd Monday of each month (except July and December). Please check our web page for our summer schedule. You can join the above Apprentice class anytime.

This course is also taught under the auspices of the Washington Master Beekeepers. Tests and study materials can be downloaded from the Washington Master Beekeepers website. This course will include field trips or bee cruises.
